We are unable to support new subscribers where problems exist prior to the start of subscription.

Unfortunately, we are unable to support new subscribers where problems exist before the start of a subscription with us. This is similar to other organisations where we are unable to offer assistance with problems that arose before subscription.

If you are in need of accompaniment, and willing to pay a fee, we may be able to refer you independently. If this is something you are interested in please let us know.
