We are not able to support pre-existing issues but it won't affect any future cases you will raise with us.

If your case pre-dates your subscription start date we will be unfortunately unable to support you with that specific case. So for example, if you are invited to attend a disciplinary meeting and then decide to subscribe to Edapt, we will be unable to support you as your case pre-dates your subscription. 

You must notify us of any such pre-existing issues at the point at which you make an application for your subscription.
